La caccia ai trofei è un’attività in cui moltissimi giocatori si sono cimentati sin da quando hanno fatto la loro comparsa su Xbox 360 e PS2, con l’ultimo aggiornamento Microsoft che ha aggiunto a più di 60 titoli, per un totale di trofei che supera i 1000 punti a gioco.
Le generazioni di console vanno avanti, ma il sistema di ricompense Xbox è sempre lo stesso, lasciando l’amaro in bocca a tutti quei giocatori che speravano in una modifica più in direzione dei trofei Sony (quelli di platino in particolare). Il sistema Microsoft rimarrà lo stesso, dunque, ma con molti più trofei rispetto al passato per alcuni dei giochi già rilasciati.
La maggior parte dei titoli coinvolti da questa nuova aggiunta di trofei sono giochi Xbox di tipo indie, quindi si parla sempre di piccole produzioni ma non per questo di qualità inferiore.
Ottenere le nuove ricompense, con questo aggiornamento, sarà estremamente semplice e richiederà un tempo davvero esiguo.
Xbox, insomma, secondo molti giocatori è vero che sta regalando ai propri giocatori un numero esorbitante di punti, ma si tratta di trofei legati a piccole produzioni.

Il sistema tramite cui Xbox gestisce il proprio sistema di ricompense rimane comunque abbastanza invariato e regolamentato. Solitamente i nuovi trofei vengono inseriti in concomitanza con l’uscita di un nuovo DLC dei giochi in questione, ma stavolta sembra che la compagnia abbia fatto uno strappo alla regola.
